Yoga, a gift given to humans. The true essence of yoga is elevating the life force or “Kundalini” at the base of the spine. Physical level includes various yoga postures (called asanas) to keep the body healthy. Mental level includes breathing techniques (called pranayama) and meditation (called dhyana) to discipline the mind.
